Linda Strachan

Clinical Director and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Linda qualified with a BSc (Hons) (1st class) in Nursing in 1998 and has been developing her skills and expertise in the field of facial medical aesthetics since 2009.

Linda further graduated in 2019 with an MSc in Aesthetic Practice, as one of the first in the UK to study Aesthetics at this level. She is proud to be an approved mentor for Northumbria University, for the students that will follow.

Linda has received a number of prestigious awards and recently won the 2024 Nurse Practitioner of the Year award at Scotland's Excellence in Aesthetics awards. She was also very proud to be asked to be a panel judge at the 2024 UK Aesthetic Awards. In 2018 Linda was recognised as Scottish Cosmetic Nurse of the Year for the second year running, and in 2019 Aspire Aesthetics was deemed the Best Aesthetic Business in Aberdeen by the Scottish Business awards.

Linda is a fully-insured independent nurse prescriber. As a full member, and Scotland's Regional Lead for the British Association for Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), you can be confident that you are receiving treatments from a highly-qualified, trained and experienced nurse.

Neil Strachan

Managing Director

Hello, I'm delighted to introduce myself as the Managing Director of our family aesthetic business. With around 30 years of experience in healthcare, my journey started as a nurse and later expanded into project, strategic, and operational management. Having led large services in the past, I'm now privileged to support our small yet dedicated team. My focus lies in compliance, continuous growth, and improvement. I'm excited to bring my expertise to the table and take our business to new heights.

Rachael Morrison

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

On leaving school, Rachael qualified as a beauty therapist and worked in a salon in Aberdeen for 4 years. She took the courageous step of moving on to study Nursing at Robert Gordon University and was awarded a BA in Nursing in 2003. Since then she has built an extensive and varied nursing expertise working within medical and surgical specialties in ARI, where she still works some of the time.

Rachael has always held a passion for all things skin and so naturally progressed into the world of aesthetics, working at the Grampian Cosmetic Clinic in Inverurie for many years. Since Rachael has joined the Aspire team she has proven to be a huge asset, achieving excellent patient feedback. We are proud and delighted to have her skills, experience and expertise in order to grow our team at Aspire.

In 2024 we are proud to be supporting Rachael's return to study as she undertakes her independent nurse prescriber training.

Fiona Cheyne

Clinic Coordinator

Fiona has considerably helped the growth and development of Aspire Aesthetics since joining the team, ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently. She is highly-organised and has built on her experience from the oil service, retail and hospitality sectors to ensure that our patients receive the warmest of welcomes, are put at ease and received with kindness and calmness.

Fiona plays a key role in ensuring that our patients have the information they need before and after any treatments and ensures individualised treatment plans are supported through efficient booking and responsive communication.

Eilidh McDonald

We were delighted to welcome Eilidh who joined the Aspire team in September 2022. She has a passion for all things aesthetics and she supports all aspects of front of house duties in the clinic. Eilidh has a background in events and concerts, having rubbed shoulders with many music stars including Elton John and the Foo Fighters! A mum of two, she volunteers at her children's primary school and enjoys long walks with her fox red Labrador, Cliff.

Ailidh Strachan

Front of House

Ailidh supports all aspects of front of house and reception duties, ensuring a warm welcome and clear communication with patients who visit Aspire. As a student Nurse, she is a part-time team member who combines her work with Aspire with her full-time studies.
